Welcome to Carter's Spray Foam, LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern all services provided by us, including spray foam insulation and related work. By hiring our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

We provide spray foam insulation services, including assessment, preparation, application, and post-application inspection. A detailed scope of work will be provided in your estimate or contract.

All estimates are based on information provided and may be subject to change upon on-site inspection. Final pricing may vary based on project complexity, material usage, and unforeseen site conditions. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
 

A deposit may be required before work begins. Full payment is due upon completion of work unless other terms are agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest.
 

You agree to:

Provide clear access to the job site.

Ensure all areas are free from obstructions (e.g., furniture, debris).

Secure pets, valuables, and sensitive equipment.

Disclose any hazards such as asbestos, mold, or electrical issues.
 

We strive to meet scheduled timelines but are not liable for delays due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified of any rescheduling needs or delays as soon as possible.
 

We offer a limited warranty for workmanship for 1 year from date of completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to all spray foam materials used. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations after installation.
 

To the extent permitted by law, Carter's Spray Foam, LLC will not be liable for: Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client. Pre-existing structural or environmental issues.
 

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Deposits may be forfeited if proper notice is not given. Refunds are issued at our discretion based on work completed.
 

We comply with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and environmental laws. All technicians are trained and certified in spray foam insulation application.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Virginia.
